Articles in The Tibetan Children's Treasure raise the profile of Tibetan culture, Buddhism, Language and history, as well as hightlighting modern issues such as science and technology. Our newsletter appeals to children from the age of 6 the age of 16 or 18, through its vibrant, modern use of Tibetan language and its easily-read format. All issues include contributions from youth in exile, in the form of editorial articles, creative writing, artwork, and traditional handwriting. A " pen-friend pool" section serves as a forum where Tibetan children can interact with each other through letters and personal messages.

The Tibetan Childen's Treasure already has a dedicated readership within the Tibetan boarding school system in Northern India, and we are stuggling to kee up with growing demand. In spite of financial difficulties, we make every effort to distribute our newsletter to those who are eager to read but unable to afford, free of charge.
